Description
In the Spring of 2022, the Village of West Milton initiated the development of a new Comprehensive Plan to help guide the potential growth and evolution of the community. The Comprehensive Plan will focus on the development of a Future Land Use Map and Downtown Master Plan. The Plan will serve as the primary document that Village staff and officials will utilize in making daily decisions around the locating, financing, and phasing of public improvements. The Plan will also help to frame potential future zoning and regulatory changes to promote the community’s vision.
During Spring, Summer, and Fall of 2022, the Village and COLLABO Planning and Design will engage local residents, business owners and other partners through a variety of methods including: Project Website and Social Media, Community Surveys, Listening and Learning Sessions, Community Visioning Workshops, Planning Board Meetings and Community Tours.
